Project Background

Currently, the PSC is repositioning itself to promote the efficient operations of Public Service Organizations within the framework of Government policy.

To carry out this objective, the Commission is enjoined to provide technical support in the under-listed focus areas in Human Resource Development and Management of Public Services Organizations. This new approach is in line with its core values as the Commission strives for accountability, integrity, transparency, efficiency and effectives through timely delivery of quality services.

The software development and deployment project is characterized by employee attendance, productivity, efficiency, job satisfaction and data analytics that drives the vision of the PSC as the leading and dependable partner in efficient Human Resource Management of Public Services in Ghana.
